DAO governance portal for a Web3 organisation

The client is a Web3 organisation governed by a decentralised community of token holders who steer strategy, spending and protocol changes by vote. For a DAO, the governance process is effectively the operating system of the whole organisation.

That process was scattered across a chat server, a signalling tool and a multisig, so proposals lost momentum in the gaps between them.

Proposals, discussion, off-chain signalling and on-chain execution each lived in a different place, so moving from an idea to an executed vote meant hopping between disconnected tools. Every handoff was a chance for a proposal to stall.

Stakeholders struggled to see what stage anything was at, so participation dropped and cycles dragged. When the process is opaque, people disengage from it.

The organisation needed proposals, meetings, action items and voting in one workspace, wired through to execution. A single governance surface was the goal.

We built a governance workspace that brings proposals, meetings, action items and voting together across web and mobile, so every stakeholder sees the same live state. One shared surface is what keeps a distributed community aligned.

We connected off-chain signalling to on-chain governance and treasury actions, so a passed proposal flows through to execution without leaving the tool. Wiring the lifecycle end to end removes the gaps where proposals used to die.

Treasury actions route through a multisig with clear approval steps, keeping execution both fast and controlled. Speed did not come at the cost of oversight.
